CARGLASS Cologne Triathlon Weekend Company Park
On Friday September 2, (12:00) we will erect the „CARGLASS Cologne Triathlon Weekend Company Park“ at lake Fühlinger See. It will be placed directly inside the competition area on the backside green space (see overview plan) and be open till Monday 12:00. The Park will offer the companies that take part in the company team events a tent sized 3m x 3m or 3m x 6m. In addition to the tents that can be rented by interested companies, there will be a catering service available on site, this service has to be paid for, but you may also bring your own foodstuff, of course.
The Company Park area is rounded off by a typical German „Biergarten“ that will make your and all visitors’ stay most comfortable. If you rent a tent inside the CARGLASS Cologne Triathlon Weekend Company Park you will get a number of special-price slots for the CARGLASS Cologne Triathlon Weekend events. These slots mean you will have a guaranteed right to start on all CARGLASS Cologne Triathlon Weekend distances. The Company Park will be guarded overnight by a reliable security service, so that you can leave your products etc. there during night hours.
In fact there are two packages with different tent sizes on offer that include the following items and services:
CTW Company Park 3 x 3:
- tent 3 m x 3 m in the Company Park next to the CTW triathlon registration & exhibition area. The triathlon exhibition will be the central point of interest before and after the race for the solo event participants and an attraction for all relatives, coaches and friends of the athletes during the events. The Company Park will be the meeting-point for all relay teams (tent rental includes provision of up to 3 sets of wooden tables with banks)
- 2 branded banners (approx. 1 x 2 m) will be especially produced and supplied by the CTW organizing team in order to create a homogeneous presentation of all participating companies
- CTW slots worth € 1,500.00 (valid for all distances offered during Cologne Triathlon weekend, 10% reduction of the price valid on the day of usage plus a simplified registration procedure for participant groups)
- Presentation and linkage of your company logo on the sponsor subsite of www.colognetriathlonweekend.de under the title „Company Park Partners“

Package price: € 5.000,-
Larger tents can be ordered optionally (without need to increase the number of CTW slots).
Tent allocation will be organized in form of a ‚first in, first served’ procedure. The number of tents is definitely limited to 20 and will by no means be increased! The tents will be bindingly allocated when the company has officially registered and transferred the relevant package price to our bank account. The names of the participating companies will be published on the sponsor subsite of www.colognetriathlonweekend.de as soon as possible.
The two packages can only be booked as a whole for the indicated price, partial solutions are not possible. If the slots included in the packages are not used during CTW 2011, they will become void. A disbursement in cash or cheque is not possible.
